SQAP
The Software Quality Assurance Plan frames the quality standards that are followed in this project. It also specifies the means of communication at different levels, the bug reporting procedures and other necessary quality assurance activities.
Risk Management Plan
This specifies the methods and procedures employed to identify, assess, monitor and control areas of risk arising during the portion of the software life cycle covered by the SQAP.
Time Line
Time Line specifies the master schedule generated for the project. This takes into consideration the resources involved in the project, the deadlines / milestones expected and the tentative deployment plan.
Traceability matrix
The Traceability matrix records the relationship between two or more deliverables of the development process. This actually records the relationship among different phases of the software development life cycle.
Others
Apart from the documents involved in the phases of SDLC, there are some documents, which are maintained internally on the following aspects. Minutes of Meeting with the customer. Client Communication in the form of mails. Project Status Report, which serves to be the checkpoint for the milestones in Time Line. Timesheets which forms the base for the time spent by individual resources to arrive at the Budget vs. Actual effort estimates.
