This involves training the users with standard Solomon modules as well as custom modules. This includes the user training with the standard Solomon, then implementing the customization and custom developed modules, train them with the custom modules and then finally get the user acceptance testing.

The Implementation phase involves the deployment of customizations on standard Solomon screens / reports and also the custom modules developed. To access these customizations and custom modules, it is necessary to create databases and run the relevant script files to access the same.

Apart from the standard Solomon manuals the users will be provided with the custom built manuals wherein the specifications and the usage of the customizations and custom-developed modules are stated. Also, this manual stays as a reference manual with the client for future references.

This is the final step in the training / implementation phase. The users are trained with the custom developed modules / customizations and they are allowed to make the entries through the screens to get familiar with the application. At the end of this, the User Acceptance Document will be obtained from the user in the form of the sign-off document. .
